After the death of Wagner leader Yevgeny Prigozhin, the Kremlin is putting a new power structure in place that will take over the group’s sprawling operations in Africa, which have advanced Russian influence on the continent for almost a decade. Photo illustration: JJ Lin Wagner Group, the Russian paramilitary organization, plans to provide an air-defense system to Hezbollah, the Lebanese militia, U.S. officials say, citing intelligence.

The Russian SA-22 system they plan to send uses antiaircraft missiles and air-defense guns to intercept aircraft.

--- "U.S. Says"

This becomes an interesting problem. "Safe and effective." "Two weeks to flatten the curve." EVs are cost-effective and the future. Transsexuals in the military receiving surgeries. Climate change. Experts say, scientists report and "speaking on condition of anonymity" says a great deal without sourcing. As time goes by, "the U.S. says" dilutes.

I have to believe that we have enough satellite intel to show where the AA units are, when they’re moving, how they’re moving, etc. Gotta be either a truck or a ship - both are easy targets.

Was wondering when Russia would join in.

So we got 2 escalations in one day. Iran's Hezbollah threat and now Russia. Wonder when China is going to move on Taiwan. Who's next? Turkey?

In case no ones noticed, we are now in Cold War II, along with a hot war in the Middle East which has the potential of exploding into a regional hot war.

I hope all you idiots that voted for Biteme and stuffed the ballot boxes are happy. With Biteme's policy of open borders, guess who the Islamofascists cells are going to hit first. Hint: It won't be in fly-over country.

“I’ve never spoken to my son about his business”...

Not much credibility to draw upon is there?

If they do it is surely in response to our interference in Ukraine.

If Putin really was the instigator of the Oct 7 attacks, he would have moved these air defence systems before now.

The Brandon Regime has been trying to expand the Ukraine conflict from the beginning: encouraging a blockade of Kaliningrad; the pipeline bombing; trying to stir things up in Kosovo; claiming an imminent attack on Moldova; announcing nuclear plant destruction would justify NATO intervention.

Brandon’s problem (I guess, Brandon’s puppeteers and programmers) is that the conflict IS now expanding, but in a theatre and with additional parties where the USA does not have the advantage.

Brandon is threatening Iran and Hezbollah, but the balance of forces has changed compared to the past.

in 1984, the New Jersey was right off the Lebanon coast as it shelled inland targets.

Right now, the Eisenhower and the Ford have to be positioned far offshore, out of range of Helbollah rockets.

Those who think Russia’s attack on Ukraine and Hamas attack on Israel are unrelated are delusional. Putin and the Mullahs in Tehran are a coordinated and coordinating team.

Absolutely. How can anyone complain after all the weapons supplied by the US to Ukraine?

Has to be truck or train. Has to be through Syria and they will be targets along the way. Then they have to move them into position undetected by the drones over head. War may be over before they get there.
