Trump’s lawyers on Wednesday afternoon attended a hearing in Fort Pierce, Florida on whether Judge Cannon will agree to postpone the classified documents trial currently scheduled for May 2024.
Judge Cannon signaled she may postpone Trump’s trial. She also admonished one of Jack Smith’s prosecutors, according to Julie Kelly who attended Wednesday’s hearing.

I’m no legal expert, but I think the U.S. Supreme Court will have field day tearing up the entire classified documents case against Trump.
Actually it is a very big bombshell. The current president manipulated security clearance retroactively so that The Justice Department could charge his political opponent with a crime that didn’t exist prior to the change in clearance. VERY rotten political stunt.

Totally agree, it is a bombshell.
And this shows Biden’s Whitehouse was behind the whole thing.
Biden removed Trump’s security clearance to make Trump’s previous legal possession of the documents now illegal, and then arrested Trump for having them.
But it still does not override the Presidential Records Act.
The problem is, the prosecution of Trump began by the Biden Administration before they changed the clearance to try to make Trump guilty.
Here's what happened:
1. Biden asked NARA to remove Trump's executive privilege over documents
2. NARA granted it
3. Biden declared documents reclassified
4. Biden used new classification to order Mar-A-Lago raid"
What a bunch of rabid skunks.
