Humans have been on this earth for millions of years. We have been messed up for millennia. Then in the past 50 years, surgery has improved, it isn't always a cure, but a curse at times.
There isn't one surgical procedure covered by insurance that doesn't have to be quantitatively verified beforehand.
Can someone list the specific numerical threshold criteria for a surgical procedure to be covered on a 12 year old.
