Russia has lost enough young men that its population growth will be reduced in the near future. Losing young women as well will accelerate that population decline.

Same can be said for Ukraine. Except a lot of young Ukraine women have fled
to Poland…to be bred by Polish men.
This should make the Russians on the trenches happier. Keep them warmer in the winter, and when they get pregnant, take a new Russian citizen back to Russia. Oh, wait, these women are going to see the nice washing machines and toilets and decide to surrender and raise their baby in the West.
