In a revealing interview with Financial Times, Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov conceded that Russian electronic warfare [EW] systems have managed to dampen the accuracy of GPS-guided munitions and HIMARS MLRS.

Yes, the Russians are so upset that they continue to make ground in their latest offensive. The Russians are loosing nearly 1 thousand a day or more, yet they are still attacking. That not disorganized mutiny. Sure, the soldiers are wasted badly by Russian leadership, but this article is propaganda.
