Not to generalize, but Indians who have enough money to fly to Mexico aren’t exactly dopes.
They’re smart enough to track down the Border Patrol to surrender where they know they’ll score at least a bus ticket and welfare credentials if not a work permit.
Spend all day lounging in a former 5 Star hotel with room service and laundry service all day, or get the same with an under the table job, all courtesy of the sucker American tax-payer.
