Do you remember the part where he can hide many of his activities from the public. I forget the exact details, but essentially he no longer has to disclose what he was doing while he was working on the taxpayer dime.

I remember the part where any statesman’s (visiting ones, as well) travel details/strategies are no longer required to be disclosed for security purposes. The news media wasn’t best pleased about that. Makes ambushing targets more onerous for them.

He had the State Legislature change the part of Florida's Sunshine Laws that dealt with his travel records. They made it so none of his past or future trips, who he meets with, etc., will be available for review by anyone.
