I don’t know Florida politics, but this is some kind of BS. This is a just a group that calls itself the “Florida Republican Assembly,” presumably to fool people into thinking that it’s the actual Florida legislature.
And the main signatory, Peter Kouracos, was apparently convicted in 1996 of “battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with violence and disorderly conduct.” He was acquitted on a separate charge of counterfeiting money in collaboration with a convicted murderer. There’s a lot of dirty politics going on against DeSantis. I don’t know who is behind it, but it’s nasty, and it makes me think that somebody is very afraid that he’ll actually do very well in the presidential primaries and election.

No he won’t. DeSantis isn’t liked by the voters. He has a zero chance of ever getting elected.
He has been his own biggest enemy.
