This is Gavin Newsom’s California. Saw a clip of a guy hit and likely killed by a drift car who was promptly robbed then kicked in the head. Also claimed to be in California.

I would hope that bystanders would call 911, and film the event (to later be used as evidence). And it would be nice if a hero or three stepped in to help. But this being California, I would not criticize those who did not.
