California elementary school cancels Halloween because it's not inclusive enough. The same school district is celebrating LGBT+ History Month.

Respecting the decision of children and families to not celebrate Halloween and being aware of their decisions are essential for everyone to feel that they belong.

Each day in October, a new LGBT Icon will be featured with a video, bio, bibliography, downloadable images and other resources.

Why another month for this group to celebrate. June is national pride month. I saw a calendar posted here weeks ago where it showed like every month of the year for gays/lgbtq celebrations.
