The mob probably doesn’t live in Rio Linda. They probably drove up from Del Paso Heights. It’s not that far. Rio Linda was mostly settled by the Okies in the mid nineteen thirties. They have a large Sikh population living there now. The lots are large and there are almost no sidewalks. Del Paso Heights is south of there across the freeway. It’s a former urban like area probably pretty bustling i the nineteen fifties. Now quite run down and the nicest buildings are a very large sheriff substation and a welfare office.
