The only way that Hamas accumulated that large arsenal within Gaza was through Egypt. Suspect many bribes were paid to Egypt to allow this tranfer through their territory. Egypt is good at playing both sides. It has a cold peace with Israel, takes huge amount of aid from the US but its sympathies and history lie with people liks Hamas. Also hard to believe NSA and the CIA did not realize what was happening and the imminent threat.
