So he denies even being in the city?
Chappelle can be funny but you pick up when you listen to him he’s got a lot of chips on his shoulder. He’s funny but I tend to avoid him. Sort of like how I feel about Cosby these days. Saw Cosby twice live ages ago and the shows were great fun but I have no nostalgia to revisit his stuff for obvious reasons.
Like countless others, he thinks that Israel should just absorb 1300+ of their own citizens being murdered in the most horrific way and not retaliate at all. Then reward the terrorists with more money and a state of their very own.

Two points:
1. Dave Chappelle is politically incorrect. That’s a good thing. Refreshing, actually.
2. Dave Chappelle is a Muslim. And most Muslims have an agenda. Not such a good thing.
Which point dominates here? I guess only Chappelle knows for sure.

Inserting political issues into your routine is NOT FUNNY.
Politics is contentious, and even if the comedian is saying things you agree with politically, it introduces a measure of tension and annoyance because you then start thinking about how F'd the other side is, and so now you're on some level aggravated.
Brian Regan, Jerry Seinfeld .. I'm sure there are others ... do not go into politics.
There is so much humor to be derived from other things in life if they would only look for it.
Israelis are not slaughtering innocent civilians. The definition of slaughter is what Palestinian Arabs are doing. There are few innocents in Gaza, most of them are involved in aiding the slaughter of innocent Israeli civilians (and tourists).
As far as I'm concerned, kill all the Gazans to end the slaughter of Israelis.

What we really need is some standup comedy about beheading babies and raping women and children. Don’t forget some terror/torture punchlines. Doesn’t everyone just want to have a good belly-roll about this stuff?
Chapelle is funny, but he often gets the facts wrong. He’s not a reliable source for the news.

Chappelle is a good, with flashes of great, comedian. Here’s the problem he created for himself. He probably knew it’s “too soon” for jokes about this war so instead of avoiding the topic,he tried to make serious, political statements about it. In the middle of a comedy show. Like an intermission of war. it doesn’t work.
He’s a muslim convert,and apparently unable to acknowledge how wrong Hamas is, how vile their actions. I expect there were some unhappy Jews in the audience. They came to laugh, to get away for a minute and yet the war followed them there. Big mistake. I would have left the show.
As he’s a Muslim it’s not entirely unexpected.
