Our supreme court already said it was A-OK. SCOTUS has to pick it up next for anything to change. Incorrect. It goes through the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals first, who's already assigned a judge and that judge sure sounds like he's going to strike it down.
IF he doesn't, THEN it goes to the USSC.
