Palestinians scored a PR victory here. I can’t rule anything out since I don’t know, but they more than likely hit their own hospital, intentionally or by accident because they stage their rocket launches near such places.
I hope Israel has clear evidence either way. But it’s too late the people on the street are enraged. Whether Israel did it or not, it can’t be re-wound. So what does Israel do now? What choice do they have. The war is very likely to expand in hours if not days either way.
I don’t know why Biden was going there anyway... right before the war was about to widen. This is what he has a Sec of State and Sec of Defense to do. His presence now would only endanger him, and obviously he is not welcome. These rulers, even if they know the truth, aren’t going to change the narrative.
