Al Jazeera deleted the tweet accusing Israel’s military spokesman asking for the evacuation of the hospital namely targeting it.

Reports are the hospital was one of the locations Israel said to vacate. That and the original Israel report that they hit a Hamas group hiding in the hospital are damning.
Suddenly changing it to: “It was a misfired Hamas missile” raises skepticism.
