Not if Israel has aerial recon showing this was a Hamas launch gone wrong. It will be all the more reason to show Hamas cannot be let to stand. They will launch rockets from or next to hospitals - no surprise they do this all the time from civilian areas. Just so happens to coincide with Biden’s visit? Israel will need to get answers asap. I don’t know what happened but I have my suspicions Israel did not target the hospital a day before POTUS arrives.
