The cash flow to the USA has been turned OFF - by the war.
I have no idea what was happening in the other 45 countries.
I do know that a negotiated settlement with Ukraine was possible for at least one year before the war started.
The main issue was the Russian majority provinces in eastern Ukraine that did not want to be part of Ukraine, which was, and still is, the poorest country in Europe.
The second issue was Russian access to the Black Sea and the Mediterranean Sea, which is their only warm water port.
Instead of serious negotiations, at least 100,000 young men are now dead, another 100,000 are maimed or disabled for life, and it will cost $1 trillion to rebuild Ukraine.
NATO and the USA are freaking insane!

Invading countries in this day for territorial annexation is FREAKING INSANE.
