It's absurd talking point.
Israel repeatedly warned civilians to leave northern Gaza and given them time to get out. If civilians remain, it's because the Hamas is forcing them to stay or because they want to fight and become martyrs.
Israel has a moral right and obligation to its citizen to remove the Hamas from power and de-militarize Gaza. If civilians die as human shields, so be it.
