Mostly visiting family, some activists/aid workers/volunteers. I would assume most are anti-Israel, anti-American, pro-Hamas. But they are Americans, so the US has to do what is required to rescue/help them. Kind of like Brittany Griner in Russia.

Funny that pretty much every "Palestinian American" I've ever met is an America hating, terror supporting radical. Persian and Iraqi Americans I know are the opposite, loving America and hating the terrorists that infest their homeland.
