It is morally perverse to allow such savagery to go unimpeded.
Yes all deserve forgiveness and hopefully will come to repentance but allowing such evil to go unanswered when there is a just means to respond and stop it is no different than committing the acts yourself.
Biblically the use of force is justified in the defense of innocents.
