I would think there were good people living in Dresdan, Hamburg, Tokyo, Osaka, that were "carpet bombed." killing 100s of thousands of "innocents".
As someone stated above, "Don't start no shit, there won't be no shit". Full out war is the worse of mankind. It's terrible that some cultures/peoples have so many reasons for hating and destroying others. I fear this is going to escalate into Muslims vs all others around the world.
Gaza leadership (Hamas) is already calling for all Muslims world-wide to attack infidels this Friday, October 14th. My main concern is what the Mullahs of Iran are thinking. They might even have a nuke or two. That is a recipe for nuclear war. Israel should have taken out the Mullahs some years back. I know some high Iranian officials have been deaded and it's pretty clear Israel crashed their nuke program by hacking. However, it's the Mullahs who dictate Iranian policies and their war machine.

I think that is correct.
Suppose Israel adopted the same attitude toward civilian non combatants as Hamas just for one week. That is if instead of trying to kill the enemy hiding among the populace they, like Hamas, just targeted the civialns themselves to kill as many as possible? Not recommending this...but my point is that Hamas is 100%+ responsible for all the casualties on both sides.

There is no answer to that question for a Muslim. They can never know if they have done enough to please Allah in this life. Even if they did do enough to please Allah, they can not know what mood Allah will be in when he makes that decision.
