You must understand that Newsom the Vile does nothing --
nothing (including deciding whether or not to take a leak) without first making a political calculation. Nothing!
With this indisputable fact clearly in mind, I think Newsom the Vile is attempting to position himself as politically "moderate" (or at least as a moderate Democrat/Communist) to improve his viability for a run at the Democrat/Communist Party nomination for POTUS. That's all this is. If anyone thinks that Newsom the Vile is concerned about using taxpayer money to buy Trojans for kids who identify as boys, well, they should seriously consider a labotomy.
