The $6 billion came way too late to be of much effect to finance this operation. This strike was probably 2 years in the making.
But, Biden let them (Iran) have $60 billion in oil revenues...

Yes you are right. I lived in Cairo for 3 years - our embassy was always stirring things up. It takes away all the power from Intel to have normal Israeli-Egyptian diplomatic relations.
