My ‘19 was an access cab with the 6ft bed. It was exactly what I wanted. I even took a 300 mile Greyhound bus ride to pick it up. I’m driving 30,000 miles a year now which was totally unforeseen when I bought the truck. It’s been a real thrill going from 20 mpg to 40+ but I miss the fun of driving. You’d be surprised what your truck is worth. I received $28,000 legit trade value with over 90,000 miles in it. List on my Taco was $34,500. I paid $31,000.

Had a guy try to buy my 1976 1 ton Chevy in 2021.

I said no-—for about 20 minutes. OVER & OVER.

HE said “I will pay you cash-—any price you want-—”

I told him:
The 6 position hitch stinger stays with me
The 90 gallon water tank in the truck bed & the mounting items stay with me
The 454 NEW BUILD gas engine built by a racing engine builder has less than 7,000 miles on it-—it stays with me

He could have what was left for CASH-—ONE payment-—$30 MILLION.

HE was quiet—then he said’’YOU REALLY DO NOT WANT TO SELL YOUR TRUCK, DO YOU?”

NOPE!!!!! MY OLD IRON MECHANIC gets it when I die.
