Former UK Defense Secretary Ben Wallace claimed that Kiev is making progress in its counter-offensive. However, to achieve their objectives, President Vladimir Zelensky needs to deploy a larger number of younger Ukrainians into the conflict, while the Western nations supply them with the necessary weaponry to overcome Russia.
In an article published in The Telegraph on Sunday, Wallace said, “The average age of the soldiers at the front is over 40. I understand President Zelensky’s desire to preserve the young for the future, but… just as Britain did in 1939 and 1941, perhaps it is time to reassess the scale of Ukraine’s mobilization.”

You don’t see the very young or very old on the battlefield until the very end when the core military age males are all dead or disabled.
Now in the case of Ukraine, conscription corruption has allowed the wealthy and connected to avoid military service (hmm, like the entire history of the USA) but old men on the battle field means the younger ones initially conscripted are dead.
There is a somewhat famous photo of a crying captured German soldier from WW2 who looks to be about 12.

Nobody even remotely informed honestly thinks Ukraine is winning. It’s the Brit calling for younger sacrifices that’s the story.
Fact is, judging by all the video evidence, the average age appears to be much over forty, fifty and up. No surprise, all the corrupted little beggar’s past drafts, mobilizations (6, some sources cite 8) were 18-60 year olds…and now women with specialized skills, doctors, nurses, etc…of course an uptick of mainly Ukie women has been recorded in Poland ( draft dodgers).
During the start of the war, the average age of front line soldiers was 27 ( according to Mercouris and other sources).
The facts don’t support Ben Wallace’s narrative that the Ukies are “winning”.
A depletion of Ukie war aged males, now woman with needed skill sets points to desperation…..it is clear the fat lady is getting ready to sing.

You should not be so limited in your reading, that is how you come with stuff like your German Army tank crew gasping out with their dying breaths to the Russians that they were official active duty NATO troops.
