Who are these FReepers who’ve been here “forever” who all of a sudden show up as OP’s with screen names no one’s ever heard of before or since? WTH’s up with that? It’s always a one-shot deal. Then they’re never heard from or seen again in daily comments on the site. Hit and run. Do they all catatonically lurk for twenty-nine months, then get awakened by some stupid ass news article having zero redemptive value? With all of the serious shit being thrown at our country? Really? Makes me think some electronic back door into FR feeding us BS for unknown reasons. Maybe an alphabet govt or news agency, like one that hasn’t forgotten Waco and Ruby Ridge and Timothy McVeigh and David Koresh, and doesn’t want to.
I think I know what you mean. Is it college stoo-dents with delusions of grandeur and their deluded professors? Idiot members of Congress? Race-baiting 60’s wannabes? State and local government commies? Pop culture celebrities? Social media nobodies? Not many of them would be authentically conservative enough to be able to tolerate the atmosphere for very long...I’ve never felt at all influenced in any way by that kind of FReeper, if they do indeed exist. Maybe it’s a quality issue and that FR needs to raise the bar.
Please FReep-mail me a list of those suspicious entities you have on your radar. Please include: 1) Date of joining, and 2) remarks about any other "unusual" behavior (e.g., preferred topics, posting history, etc.).

Are your questions in reference to me and my posting here? Not sure what OP’s refers to.
I’ve been on FR for probably the better part of twenty years. Sometimes I’m very active, and there are times when I have gone without FR for weeks or months.
Sometimes life is like that … I may focus on other things for a while, but eventually I end up back on FR, sometimes posting threads, sometimes adding comments.
The topics on FR have quite a range and bandwidth … breaking news to hard politics, to social and cultural topics as well as light and even frivolous topics.
As I have a criminal justice background, I find news stories about drug cartels interesting, as well as posing a threat to our nation’s security. The news that a cartel boss was killed in South America and then buried with lots of his weapons hits on a lot of interesting topics here at FR; banglist and guns, crime, border security, drug cartels, national security, and, just weird as well (for the afterlife angle.)
Anyways … if and when I come across such news and it hasn’t been posted yet to FR then I’ll post it if I have some free time because I enjoy and respect the feedback and other commentary provided by fellow FReepers. I really like the witty, snarky and thoughtful comments provided by the FR community.
Anyways … sometimes I can be busy on FR, and other times I might be busy on things other than FR. Hopefully this is some clarification to you about this post, if your comments were directed at me. If not directed towards me, then my apologies for misunderstanding your comment.
