Monetary benefits to Biden family members are benefits to President Joe Biden and therefore implicate him in wrongdoing, legal scholar Jonathan Turley said during Thursday’s impeachment inquiry hearing.
“Can a benefit to your family be a benefit to you?” Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) asked Turley regarding Joe Biden and his family’s alleged influence peddling.
“It is,” Turley replied.
Turley said Democrats claim that it must be proven that Joe Biden accepted direct money in order for him to be implicated in Biden family wrongdoing. The legal scholar called that claim “fallacious.”
“There’s been a repeated [Democrat] statements that you need to show that President Biden accepted direct money in order for this to constitute a benefit even under criminal cases that deal with bribery, extortion, the Hobbs Act,” Turley prefaced. “The courts actually have rejected that. They’ve said that money going to family members is, in fact, a benefit.”

This is really an open and shut case. If there is a Republican House member who would vote no on the inquiry they should get a mental health check up.
It seems the only one missing from the list is his seventh grandchild who he barely even acknowledges is alive.

During the tax paid visit, Owens was privy to sensitive US govt information WRT China’s multi billion dollar sovereign wealth fund.
Owens passed on the info to the opportunistic Hunter as a possible investment contact who soon followed up.

ITEM: Biden’s niece Casey Owens, an Obama Treasury employee, spilled sensitive info to the opportunistic Hunter which aided and abetted Hunter’s influence peddling schemes to benefit the Biden family’s wealth accumulation.
But wait-—all of it also converges on national security...... endangering the safety and security of American families.....otherwise classified as espionage.
Much of it was transferred on un-encrypted transmission lines wherein “an interested party” is ideally positioned to view a high govt official’s network traffic.......
