Biden has a soul. It is a sorrowful mess, containing all manner of sins from his life. The record of his vile life from his birth 'til now is recorded there. If his heart wasn't so hardened, he would have ears to hear and reason to understand and the urgency to repent and seek salvation through Jesus Christ. Time is almost up and satanic forces have tightened the hold on his immortal soul. Once the restrainer is removed from earth, he will be given up to a reprobate mindset and unhindered in his propensity to do and be evil. Unless the Holy Spirit intervenes, he will have chosen hell and eternal separation from God.
Romans 1 explains Biden. He was turned over to his reprobate mind.
