It’s big, organized crimes sending in their foot soldiers who know they would be out by dusk if they should perchance get collared.

It’s a bit of a side point, but this might not have happened if Trump had gotten his way.
Trump wanted to bring industry back to America. Young urban folks would have had access to good factory jobs. Work eight hours. Collect your pay, then go home and rest.
I’m not excusing the looters! But thanks to the Democrats and the GOPe, there are no opportunities for young urban folks. None. And as the old saying goes, idle hands are the devil’s workshop.
No work boots at Foot Locker, I imagine.
