Who says they need to live in the Bay Area? You’d be shocked at how many S.F. city employees don’t even live in California let alone the Bay Area. They work a 3-day week, trade hours, sleep on a friend’s couch and then fly cheapo Southwest or Spirit back to Tucson or Vegas or wherever.
San Francisco needs not one, but *several* Dirty Harrys.
They should probably check with the Uvalde P.D. They can guarantee not to hurt any of San Francisco’s courageous criminals and most speak Spanish.
HOUSING is NOT affordable.
Safety isn’t present.
City support for LEO’s doesn’t exist.

The four Texan universities being targeted are Texas Southern University, Sam Houston State University, Prairie View A&M University and Texas A&M University Corpus Christi.

A & M Corpus is 62% minority but only 4% black. 52% Hispanic.
In Prarie View, blacks are 7,942 out of 9,400 total enrollment with whites enrolled being 132. Women are 6,331 to males at 3,069.
So, SFO, obviously, is trying to recruit women and minorities to come to their decadent, feces and fentanyl ridden town so that they can be brainwashed and obey a book of Liberal rules and regulations and then be put in jail for violating any of them or shot dead by a depressed addict minority person while sitting in their patrol car.
What an insult to women and minorities.

That said, they ought to have great success at UT Austin.

And the other perk is that they wouldn’t have to work too hard at enforcing laws.
Notice that SF doesn’t say what it amounts to after State/Fed /local taxes.
Sam Houston doesn’t seem to be a good fit with the other schools on the list. I can see them recruiting at the Black and Hispanic schools.
What they really need to do is recruit some New Orleans cops. They don’t wear kid gloves over there.
Any Texan would be out of his mind to accept this.
You can’t get enough cops in Austin.
All the cops I know, would NEVER work in CommieforniA

Considering the cost of living in that area, they’ll be living on skid row.
The cost of living in this state is increasing daily.
Yea, but what they don’t tell you is your $3000/mo apartment is in a crappy part of town where you especially don’t want to be an off-duty cop. Gotta shell out 50% of that salary for a one-bedroom in a decent area. And don’t forget CA income tax is what, 10% or so? And aren’t they one of the higher sales-tax States?
Only an “every shoot is a good shoot” will cure their policing needs.
