Not sure how Nestle is getting hurt. Mexicans in this country prefer the familiar product, more sales for Nestle.
Nestlé USA is not the same company as Nestlé S.A. - the global company. Nestlé USA doesn’t get a cut of the sale of Mexican products sold north of the border. It doesn’t hurt Nestlé S.A., hence, they are not involved in the dispute, although it would behoove them to protect each local market, if they signed distribution agreements, with various local enterprises.
