NEWLY released satellite photos show the smouldering wreckage of two prized Russian naval assets after a devastating strike from Ukraine.

Yesterday, Kyiv's forces unleashed a barrage of ten cruise missiles along with kamikaze drones in a huge hit that rocked Putin's forces.

New dramatic photos shared on Twitter show the catastrophic damage inflicted on the landing ship "Minsk" and the Kilo-class "Rostov-on-Don" attack submarine.

Prior to the early morning attack, both vessels were allegedly awaiting repairs in a dry dock.

After the crippling strike, satellite imagery showed the crumbling, charred remains of the formerly great landing ship and submarine.

Another photo showed mangled metal from the Minsk as smoke continued to rise from the remains.

Man, this was pin point accuracy. No doubt Putin will respond to this. But how?

A $250 million dollar prize submarine? Have we time-traveled back to 1960?

$250 million wouldn’t buy the galley on an American submarine.

For a country with such a tiny military, England sure is getting very confident to conduct strikes against Russian forces in a Russian port.
Maybe it’ll go well for them. Or maybe not.

It was being scrapped in dry dock. Ukraine probably saved Russia millions in labor to disassemble it. LOL

It was not dollars. It was British pounds. Also, that might have been the cost when first built.

“Just keep poking the bear....”

If the bear can’t bear being poked, the bear needs to go home.

The ships were decent targets...but destroying the drydocks would have been better.

They’ll milk this story as long as possible

Meanwhile, another 350 Ukraine soldiers were killed yesterday.

“Good to the last Ukrainian!”

OMG, your remark about death by radiation poisoning is tremendously uncalled for. Sheesh! Disagree but don’t be so vicious about it. Have at least a smidgen of class.

Converted to pounds the amount is similar, and the battlefield is no place for antiques.

“The ships were decent targets...but destroying the drydocks would have been better.”

The ships were a bonus because they were sitting in the drydock which is now out of action due to two wrecked ships sitting in it.

“Escalation”

That took place when Ruzzia invaded Ukraine in 2014. Now it’s just war and in war things get broken and people die. If Ruzzia can’t handle this then they need to go home.

For the immediate circumstance they need to evacuate their fleet from Crimea because there are certainly more attacks to follow.

The drydocks are damaged. It will be a lengthy time before they will be operational again.
