Russia lies all the time
If it was all a lie then they would have omitted the damage they had sustained as well, but they didn't.
The reality is that Ukraine is suffering great losses, but it does manage to damage sitting targets in drydock, on occasion. But each time Ukraine does, Russia retaliates with even more firepower. In the tit-for-tat exchanges Ukraine always comes out, in the end, the bigger loser.
Three months of a much ballyhooed counteroffensive and Ukraine has, at best, taken back some village that used to have 5000 residents. This after you and your ilk hyped it up and promised the Ukrainians would be advancing all the way to Crimea.
Ukraine isn't taking any territory back. The losers running the war for NATO now only hope to force Russia into a ceasefire.
