North Korean leader Kim Jong Un will visit Russia in the coming days at the invitation of President Vladimir Putin, the Kremlin said on Monday.
Earlier, South Korean media, citing unnamed government sources, reported that Kim appeared to have left aboard a special train bound for Russia and a summit with Putin.
"At the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Chairman of State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Kim Jong Un, will pay an official visit to the Russian Federation in the coming days," the Kremlin said.

Putin forced Tucker to cool his heels in Hungary for more than two weeks. Instead of interviewing Putin in Sochi, Tucker slinked back to his Twitter Blog to interview Limousine Larry Sinclair instead. Humiliating how Putin snubbed the no longer useful Tucker. LOL!
"There is no effective counterstrategy available to the Ukrainians," Myers said. "The Ukrainians are in deep trouble."
Myers told USA TODAY the Ukrainians use "pin pricks" and news about taking back land to demonstrate progress to the West − but are less transparent about the cost in Ukrainian lives.
