Several schools in Sunland-Tujunga area locked down following reports of man wearing tactical gear

Several schools in the Sunland-Tujunga neighborhood of Los Angeles were locked down Tuesday morning after police received reports of a man wearing tactical gear in the area. Authorities told Eyewitness News this incident was not an active shooter situation. There were only reports of a man on a scooter wearing some sort of tactical gear, but he was not armed.

Perhaps a pickup truck was also involved, or someone revealed that they were a Republican. So it's not surprising that the schools were locked down and the police called.

I live in the sticks, in southwest PA, outside of a 2 stoplight town that is home to a small university of the PA state system, which brings in some really stupid urban yutes.

An Army vet had a military surplus store, up the hill. The negro students got in an uproar when it was claimed that he was selling klan robes and had one displayed in his front window.

The Head negro In Charge, with a contingent of followers, confronted Mike, the owner and demanded the removal of said "klan" robe.

Mike laughed and calmly 'splained that it was a vintage Finnish winter camo anorak from the "Winter War" and quite historical.

They, still, demanded it's removal.

He and the .45 on his hip persuaded them of the proper course of action.
