Rand - 21.94%

Ruble - 38.01%

Now consider how much the purchasing power of the dollar has declined in the last five years and realize these places are even worse!

If you think these corrupt regimes with insane capital controls are going to introduce sound money to international finance instead of just try and steal a larger share of their respective population's pie with inflation of their national currencies, you're going to be disappointed.
