I’m not sure, but I suspect the House gave the Biden administration, the Pentagon, and other bureaucratic agencies carte blanche to funnel money to Ukraine through any means possible and available.

Now, the CDC isn’t even allowing that evidence to be collected for viewing (and prospective rejecting). It’s a terrible idea for any product, let alone novel mRNA technologies.
