Did you think “sanctuary city” was just a meaningless slogan? (I don’t find any evidence that Milbrae is one, but certainly San Fran a bit north is).

I’ve seen some pretty inventive nouns for “bums, hobos, and street people”, but, “rough sleepers” is one of the more original!

Milbrae is a very nice, well run city, still unblemished by the Progressive’s Colony Collapse Disorder now seen in Oakland and San Francisco.
Milbrae, at this point in time, reminds me of other clean peaceful, upscale towns, such as Burlingame and Belmont.
Perhaps the a-holes running their government there should listen to the voices of the governed?
