Three of Hunter Biden’s defense attorneys moved to withdraw from his ongoing case Friday after his two tax misdemeanors were dismissed without prejudice by a Delaware judge at the request of Department of Justice (DOJ) prosecutors.
Latham & Watkins LLP attorneys Brian C. McManus, Timothy H. McCarten and Matthew S. Salerno filed a motion to withdraw as counsel the day after Delaware U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika granted the DOJ’s request to dismiss the tax charges in Delaware. This allowed for the possibility of charging Biden in Washington, D.C. or the Central District of California.
“Brian C. McManus, counsel for the Defendant, Robert Hunter Biden, and respectfully requests this Honorable Court to withdraw all appearances for the law firm of Latham & Watkins LLP as counsel for the Defendant in the above-captioned matter,” the motion reads.
“Mr. Biden has been advised of, and consents to, our withdrawal. He also agrees this withdrawal will cause no material adverse effect or prejudice to him and remains completely satisfied with Messrs. Lowell’s and Jones’s continued representation of him,” the document continues.

Said it when the Special Prosecutor was appointed, the appointment will allow the case to be moved to a new juridiction, meaning a different judge. The judge in Delaware rejected the plea deal, the new judge will approve a new plea deal.

Weiss long time staff who repeatedly tipped off Hunter were left on the case.
Dirty Delaware Weiss sat on the case for over five years to let major crimes slide off the Statute of Limitations when all he had to do was ask a Judge to Suspend, as they did to the Get Trump defendants.
My thinking is Joe - who’s running things wants Abbe Lowell front and center.

Hunter’s skate-free version of events on the crucial crimes, thus
Weiss created Hunter’s original skate-free plea deal.
But wait.......that barely scratches the surface of Weiss’s sabotage of justice.
The statement of facts show that Weiss obediently adopted Hunter’s version
of events..........no doubt while Weiss knelt in obeisance to the Biden’s.
Ergo, this exposes Joe Biden’s manipulative hand

If all of Pedo Jr’s lawyers are flying the coop, are they trying to arrange an appeal after a jury convicts this lowlife. I doubt it will go that far, but anything is possible with these people. Heck, since China is already building, creating entirely new islands off its coast, I can see the Chicoms building an island for SloJo, Pedo Jr, etc. The naming of the island will be very, very interesting. Perhaps Epstein Was No Suicide Atoll. The main city on the island could be named Pedopolis.

If you don’t succeed while serving the king and his family, off with your head! These attorneys who want to resign from the team defending Hunter Biden know they’ll either be ruined or subject to dying when they fail. Jumping ship or suicide are their only way out. I’m sure the judge is in the same boat.
