This will send the men who specifically go in for this insanity off the deep end (pun intended), as the only reason they do this is to beat the women!
I have yet to see much of the other side - that is, women pretending they’re men, inserting themselves into men’s sports and competitions. Gee, I wonder why that is.
There was a big fanfare when a transgender was invited onto the Harvard men’s swim team.
From Wikipedia: “[Schuyler Miwon Hong Bailar was] the first publicly documented NCAA D1 transgender man to compete as a man in any sport... originally recruited in 2013 as a member of the women’s team..., after transitioning during a gap year, Bailar was also offered a spot on the men’s team.”
Between this being written in a rather covert style and my lack of understanding of how swimming places are determined, all I can say is that Bailar apparently ended up with a good breaststroke time on the men’s team.
