Even though you two are waving the surrender flag, the rest of us understand that what we're seeing aren't actual criminal offenses and these aren't real criminal indictments: the enemy is using these terror tactics to suppress Donald Trump and to suppress our actual and well-grounded belief that the 2020 election was actually stolen.

The only reason at all for the January 6th propaganda offensive and political persecutions is to suppress any real investigations and to crush opposition through raw judicial power.

You misunderstand! I am not saying surrender. I am just wondering about the timing of this information? Was it just discovered? It appears that the case is here and with Smith offer an opportunity to litigate the election, dumping the information out now, risks it being discredited and besides, even if Trump has a smoking gun in it, it’s not gonna cause these charges to go away.
