You cannot “relitigate” something that you were not allowed to “litigate” in the first place.
Otherwise the next thing we will be hearing is “we must stop “relitigating” 2024.

a) You can’t “relitigate” something that was never litigated in the first place.
b) Now the legitimacy of the election is a key point of fact in dispute in multiple indictments of Trump and other individuals. So it must be litigated, unless the left wants to drop those indictments.
Yet the Dems NEVER move on.
Hillary is STILL claiming 2016 was stolen from her.
Why not clean up the elections? Voter ID, no dropboxes or unsolicited mail-in ballots. That would be one possible end game. Restore trust in our elections.

Professor Jacobson seems a little slow to grasp that if you don't expose and fix the corruption that lost the last election, you won't win the next one either.
