Your comments are not too far from the truth. This clown escaped some sort of punishment/jail time by fleeing north.
Chances are he has a serious attitude problem and the Norks will not tolerate. He will have to abide by their laws, customs and rules. I do not see him doing that. Once this jerks propaganda value deteriorates, so does his life expectancy.
