We do not have a system of money... we have a system of debt. Inflation is built-in. The FED tells us their target is 2% inflation. $1 is worth 3 cents in 1913 dollars.
The debt-based system we have now is pure insanity - a private corporation creates $'s into a ledger, as the M2 money supply expands, and then we pay interest on those new $'s from the gitgo.
The real cure for inflation is to switch from a debt-based system to a PM-based system. We'll see how that goes with dozens of countries on Aug 20.
In a debt-based system, the private FED INC is paid for the $'s they create. In a PM-based system, there is no FED to "make more".
Our AEP-Ohio increased electricity 30% in June 2023. (69.00 to 117.00) Another smaller increase is coming for “security “.
Diesel went up 50cents a gallon. That will be paid by the consumer.
Just paid $7 for bottle of shampoo.
Correct. Most people have not noticed that diesel prices have skyrocketed much more than gas prices. Truckers are getting crushed.
And just now the Ministry of Plenty has announced that the chocolate ration has been increased from 30 to 20 grams! We expect to see spontaneous demonstrations thanking the Big Guy for this!
D-) D-) D-) D-) D-)
FJB!
Truckers are increasing rates and passing those costs into consumers. No one stays in business operating at a loss.
Says someone who doesn’t buy gas.
This is a total lie. It is getting worse. My crazy neighbor who only has MSM to listen to was saying this was a lie because things are getting even worse.
preparing the stupid and the fictitious wins for this A hole’s re election
yes
I am seeing 30-100% increase in prices (the 100% is in some construction materials)
Indeed.
Yes it is gaslightimg, gaslighting the gullible. Those of us awake realize what’s happened and is happening. The prices have gone up on everything, consumer goods increases will never ever go back down. Commodities maybe.
my PO box went from $80 last year to $180 this year
Yep. It sure doesn’t affect the EBT card carriers. They’ll just increase the benefits.
make Orwell fiction again

Thursday’s consumer price index report likely will show that the pace of price increases is easing...
Prices STILL increasing - just not as fast.
90° will.
