This will kill the economy. The dreaded words in manufacturing are “line down”. Yes for now you can run generators but it’s more expensive. That is until generators are outlawed.
This has to be the most idiotic and suicidal idea anyone ever came up with. This has to be intentional.

When we have a storm here my husband takes generators to locations of both types near us.
I think these people need to go away.
You know sometimes I feel like all these rules being implimented is because there will be ( unfortunetly a takeover of the US by a foreign power. Now, this is pure speculation oney part.
