Joe Biden just needs to stop lying. Unfortunately that’s the main trait he has exhibited his entire life. For some odd reason the institutions of our society are numb to it at this point, and dangerously allow it to continue.

Joe believes his lies, even though he knows they’re lies. I saw this when I worked as a correctional officer, cons did it instinctively.
