I don’t see the threat in his postings. It is very similar to what DJT put up with for years, and nobody was arrested. Why didn’t they call him on the phone, and tell him to come in? Six Thirty in the AM this old man couldn’t even limber up to walk at that time. FBI ATF are a bunch of punks.

The man deserved his day in court, and that was taken away by an agency of Government known for doing just that to thousands of people in the past. They aren’t likely to change course until “We the People” say enough and mean it.
