Our Quad Cities reports that Illinois Democrats are set to ban AR-15 marketing that “appeals to children” or which they believe could entice others to use the firearms illegally.
Gov. J.B. Pritzker (D) has already pledged to sign the marketing ban when it reaches his desk.
Illinois Democrat Attorney General Kwame Raoul made clear he is going after the firearm industry in the same manner that others went after the tobacco industry during the Clinton Administration: “We’ve gone after the marketing that has historically driven up the consumption by minors for those products that are harmful to them. The firearms industry shouldn’t be immune to the standards that we put on other industries.”

Wouldn’t it be a lot easier just to make it illegal for kids and sub adults (21 to 38) to kill each other?
Yeah, because some toddler might take money out of his mom’s purse, take his trike down to the neighborhood gun show and use the ‘gun show loophole’ to buy an AR-15 and some ammo, then go shoot up his daycare center.
Maybe we could find some sort of middle ground. Like find a way to have your 13 year old safely shoot their pecker off. Then they might be more open minded about AR’s.
Don’t forget it is also the home to Rahm Emmanuel, Valerie Jarret, Jessie Jackson, William Ayers, Jan Schakowsky and dozens of other Communists.

I have heard it said when John Wayne smashed the m-16 in GREEN BERETS the rifle destroyed was actually a Mattel toy one.
