Seven in 10 Americans in a new poll say they’ve heard little or nothing about the Inflation Reduction Act nearly a year after President Biden signed Democrats’ massive climate and tax bill into law.

Only 27 percent of Americans said they know a great deal or a good amount about the legislation touted by the administration as a major accomplishment, according to a Washington Post-University of Maryland poll released on Monday.

that’s because it didn’t work..

well it did, it gave money to all the right (wrong) people but did nothing to slow inflation.

Hopefully nine out of ten understood from the start that the legislation was another monstrous boondoggle — and only made inflation worse.

Well, they had that big party at the White House, to celebrate the Inflation Reduction Act. James Taylor sang a few songs in celebration. Doesn’t that mean the act was a success???

sarcasm.....

You can’t fix inflation caused by government spending by authorizing more government spending and by raising the debt ceiling. The IRA has been largely used to promote the green new deal policies.

Who needs to hear about it? Just look at the results! Inflation instantly dropped to a very steady 1.5% per annum. Well done, Congress!

Grocery prices have at least doubled though, I get roughly the same thing every time and went from $60 pre COVID to $180 now.

Call it what it is, tax breaks for the wealthy. Only the wealthy , or insane, could consider installing solar panels and buy electric cars…….even with the credits.

Why can’t the GOP frame a basic argument. Wai, the GOP leaders are taking advantage of these breaks. Silly me.
